This little boy goes through so much every day and is such a good trooper about it. Last night we were up several hours with him. He wasn't feeling very good and had a fever most the night. Early this morning he looked at me and said, "Mom, thank you for taking good care of me. Thank you for helping me get better so I don't get really sick."
That was enough to melt my heart. *sigh*
Yeah, it could of been that he was half asleep or that he was pretty medicated, but just the same...this 7 year old is one of my heros!
